Who we are

Kalyan Elevators Pvt. Ltd., with offices in Thrissur and Kochi, Kerala. For any question about your details, call or WhatsApp us on +91 79949 98880.

What we collect

The quote form asks for your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, and optionally your city, the building type, the number of floors, the finish you like and a note. We do not ask for anything else, and the site does not accept file uploads: if you want to share photos or drawings of your space, send them on WhatsApp.

How the form works

When you press send, the form opens WhatsApp with your details filled in. Nothing reaches us until you press send inside WhatsApp.

The WhatsApp and call buttons across the site work the same way: they open WhatsApp or your phone app.

Why we collect it

Only to answer your enquiry: to give you a price, arrange a site visit, and follow up on your lift.

Who else sees it

• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us there.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Like any web host, it handles the technical data needed to deliver the pages, such as your IP address.

We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, photos and videos are served from the site itself. Map and catalogue links open Google Maps or WhatsApp only when you tap them.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to handle your enquiry and look after your lift. Ask us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Call or WhatsApp +91 79949 98880.
